Jurancon Meteore Clos Larrouyet. Biodynamic wine, Petit Manseng, Camarelet, which are a local variety. Stunning purity, fruit and freshness. The Manseng varieties give a satisfying bitterness on the finish but there is also a hint of malo character, a subtle creaminess to the wine. It is superb for fish dishes, but Meteore is so pure and so well balanced, it is also fantastic as an aperitif . The 2021 vintage is absolutely marvellous.
