Ma Cuvee Rouge Chateau Fontainebleau, biodynamic wine, Syrah, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon. Ma Cuvee is a delicious natural wine from the Var region of Provence just north of Brignoles. The red is fresh, medium bodied and food friendly, with plenty of red fruits and supple tannins. Great with grilled meats or enjoying on its own. Also very nice served chilled.
Cuvee des Galets Estezargues, lovely little natural red from the southern Rhone. Galets Rouge is a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Carignan, fermented cool with natural yeast and bottled without filtration. Les Galets Rouge explodes with plump juicy berry fruit, liquorice and spice.
