Intellego is a small producer in the Swartland; the initiative of owner/winemaker Jurgen Gouws. Minimal intervention winemaking is his mantra as he farms select vineyards across the region to seasonal "biorhythms". His focus is the maintenance of soil health through amongst others, using only organic sprays, composting, over crops and mulching. He makes his wine in the Paardeberg area, using no commercially cultivated yeasts, bacteria or fermentation aids. 750ml Bottle
