An appealing, approachable and convivial wine, surprisingly deeply coloured for a Grenache wine. An immediately fruity nose (morello cherry), with floral highlights and spices and soft round tannins. This natural, biodynamic Languedoc wine is vinified plot-by-plot in stainless-steel vats. It is punched down by foot and matured for two years in barrels. A sophisticated wine offering delicate aromas of sage and rosemary.
