Metic Carmenere - Light filtration and very limited sulphur. Ripe dark fruit flavours, very soft palate, an easy drinking Carmenere. Try drinking it with meat empanadas (small Chilean Cornish pasties!) and lamb chops. Grapes - Carmenere, Petit Verdot.
Metic Merlot - great match for full flavoured dishes such as red meat dishes and barbecue fayre including steak, roast lamb, spare ribs and marinaded chicken wings. Also fantastic with tomato based pasta sauce dishes, pizza and full flavoured cheeses.
Metic Cabernet Sauvignon - Blueberry, fresh cherries and blackcurrant with a hint of smoke are apparent on the nose followed on the soft, voluptuous palate by deeper red & black fruit flavours, cinammon spice and a dash of pepper.
