Roditis Maceration Ligas is made in tiny quantities. A new direction in skin contact wine for this dynamic and exciting winery. Looking to produce orange wines of depth but without the weight of tannins. Rich texture and heavy tannins of some other wines. A really delicious result, different but easy to enjoy and will reward ageing over 3-5 years.
