Deliciously bright and a little wild, this is a maceration of Pinot Noir and Gris. Heaps of strawberry, red cherry and and red currant notes. Easy drinking and medium structured, it has a refreshing acidity. The finish is slightly earthy with herbs and pithy citrus flavours sitting in the background.
