Fromenteau Pinot Gris Josmeyer 13% (2019)

Fromenteau Pinot Gris Josmeyer. A biodynamic wine, made from 40 year old vines, dry, nutty, full, with hints of ripe pear and honey on the nose.  A superb example of this grape variety by Josmeyer. The nose of rich pear and the lemony palate are driven forward by the purity of the fruit.  There is body and depth to the wine, ideal with Lobster.  But serve it chilled with any seafood or white fish.
