Gut Oggau Timotheus 12% (2020)

Cloudy in appearance, no added sulphites. Outstanding textural wine with yeasty, layered complexity.  Older than Theodora, fleshier and fuller bodied. Timotheus is a delicious biodynamic blend of 70% Gruner Veltliner and 30% Weissburgunder.
