100% Vermentino. Low sulphites & artisan production. Note of pine, delicious tropical fruits & a salty twang. Vermentino is a grape indigenous to this beautiful area of the Ligurian hinterland. The vines lie 5km from the Mediterranean which gives the wine a subtle edge of fresh sea air to balance it’s fresh tropical fruit character. It’s fresh, fruity and floral with herbs and pine. A real wine of terroir, and a glass of pure Italy. Lovely with crab salad or grilled shellfish on the BBQ.
