LA PATAGUA SEMILLON MOSCATEL 14.5% 2021

La Patagua Semillon Moscatel Hodgkinson 2021. A natural wine from Chile, crisp but full of flavour with a slightly cloudy appearance. The appearance is reassuringly cloudy so a wine with no clarification and the sulphites are pretty low. It is a little wild on the nose, pithy, yeasty but also with nice citrus and aromatic notes coming through. The palate is excellent, crisp, clean, juicy but also textured. At 14.5%, this is not a light wine although is disguised as such, as the abv seems integrated into the wine. Very tasty and very well put together.
