100% Tempranillo which is rich, full & a little rustic. Beautiful dark fruits and spice. Intense blackberry fruit aromas and flavours, with ample limestone influenced minerality and just enough oak to provide subtle nuanced spice and structure. Delicious and very reasonably priced natural wine from the prestigious Ribera del Duero appellation. 20% whole cluster fermented with wild yeasts in vat and matured for a year in French oak.
