Biodynamic red wine. 90% Syrah, 10% Grenache with notes of fresh mint, red fruits and spices. The wine is fermented partly whole bunch, partly destemmed, three weeks of maceration with just a little ‘remontage’ (pumping over to enrich the wine). There is a lovely tension in the mouth making this an easy drinking but full bodied southern red. Classically Languedoc, authentic and delicious.
