100% Cabernet Franc with Biodynamic production. Classic Loire flavours and elegance. The fruit is de-stemmed to capture the full fruity essence of Cabernet Franc. The nose has plenty of violets and is lush, tender and silky on the palate with black cherry, currant and pomegranate with earthy notes. There is a nice classic Cab Franc herbaceousness and minerality bringing up the rear. A super glass of classy Loire red wine, would go with pretty much anything.
