We utilised traditional & contemporary methods with this beer, acidifying the mash with our house acid culture to add a deeper level of complexity & recapturing CO2 to create a natural soft carbonation. We used Organic Malts & Hopped it with a combination of Organic Nelson Sauvin & Hallertau Blanc, to give a lingering, pleasant bitterness. This baby has lagered away for 6 weeks and is now ready for release! This has really become a beer that we're very proud of - a delicate, crisp, refreshing thirst quencher. 440ml Can.
