From a family-owned vineyard, Matthias Warnung gained his inspiration for converting to organic methods whilst working in Swartland, South Africa.
This wine is fermented spontaneously, unfiltered and minimal sulphur is added to prior to bottling. The result is a wine that can often be cloudy, with bizarre whiffs of yeast that blow off after a while leaving sensational fruit length and utter deliciousness.
