Light, citrus, pettillant, cloudy, pithy, delicious! A blend of Albarino, Loureiro, and other Portuguese varieties, this great little fun white served in a litre bottle opens with a slight fizz from some residual CO2. The appearance is very cloudy lemonade like, the aromas are a little wild but mainly citrus fruits, crunchy apples and yeast abound, the palate is medium acid, fresh, fruity, the wine bounces around the mouth and leave it slightly sour, (but there is a touch residual too), clean and refreshed. A great, fun wine for Picnics, parties and Terraces in the sunshine. Pear drops!
