100% chardonnay organic grapes from Burgenland harvested at very high levels of acidity and average sugar content. 50% Coll skin contact for 2 days, 50% direct press to stainless steel, as always spontaneous ferm and minimal sulphites, no filtration. Lovely sesame seeds on the nose, and bursting with zippy guava & pear.
