From Burton In Kendal, Cumbria. 12 botanicals are traditionally distilled in a two-stage process with 3 fruit peels in the vapour path of “cockles” the copper pot still. Juniper and hedgerow berries are tasted first, then the fresh zing of the fruit followed by a warmth of gentle spice and a long smooth finish.
Serving suggestion – plain tonic or lemonade, slice of lime, a few cubes of ice
