A big, juicy DIPA brewed in collaboration with good friends from Finback, NYC for our Welcome To The Neighbourhood + NYC beer festival!
Using some of their favourite hops, alongside some newer varietals and Track's first time using Phantasm - an extraction made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes, which when added to beer, unlocks tropical fruit aromas.
