Ma Cuvee Chateau Fontainebleau - Biodynamic wine, fresh, medium bodied and food friendly, with plenty of red fruits and supple tannins.
Matthieu Dumarcher Vin Rouge - full bodied, rich yet with great freshness and character. Grapes are hand-picked and destemmed. Natural fermentation with indigenous yeast in stainless steel tank for 10 days. 75% of the wine is aged in old oak barrels of 220L, 25% is aged in stainless steel tank for 13 months.
