Wye Valley Berried Treasure Raspberry & Vanilla Sparkling Mead 12.5%

Something has been lurking in the depths of our meadery for the past few months: a new and limited edition release. The first of many we have waiting in the wings, we have been keen to ensure we don't let it out until we feel it has aged to perfection. So here it is!

Not as sweet as some meads, this is medium dry, and berried to the max. Only fermented on raspberries and honey and then aged on Vanilla pods, this is a real treat. A Melomel mead (a mead brewed on fruit and honey) made in collaboration with Wild Weather Brewing in Reading, and topped off with a limited edition lino-cut label made exclusively for us by local artist Sarah Delahoy. We are so pleased with how this turned out and it sets the bar exceptionally high for the meads to follow. Only 1000 made so ensure it doesn't escape!
