Well well well, look that we have here! It’s the first ever beer we released and it’s back again for this brew, our 300th batch! No Cat Chris was born in 2021, a juicy New England IPA with Nelson Sauvin and Simcoe. We have brewed the same recipe, but our processes are much improved from over 4 years ago. Named after a neighbour Chris who doesn’t have a cat. Super tropical and truly tasty.
