Bundle's

Unfortunately when ordering multiple bundles, gift packs or mixed boxes in one order we cannot ship them in separate boxes due to increased shipping and packaging costs. If you would like them in separate boxes you will need to place a separate order.


Packaging

On occasion we will reuse packaging from our deliveries.

UPDATE – Shipping & Packaging Costs (Effective April 14th, 2025)

Due to further increases in our supplier and packaging costs, we have unfortunately been impacted by higher shipping expenses. In order to continue offering online sales, we have no choice but to adjust our shipping charges accordingly.

Please note that we do not profit from shipping or packaging fees — in fact, we typically absorb part of these costs. While we have explored lower-cost courier options, we experienced a higher rate of breakages with them. For this reason, we continue to use APC, who provide a more reliable service, particularly for liquid and glass bottle deliveries.

Delivery Information

We use APC as our courier. While we are unable to guarantee specific delivery days or times, once your order has been processed you will receive a tracking link via email. You can use this link on the APC website to view your parcel’s progress and access an estimated 2-hour delivery window once available.

If you are not home when delivery is attempted, a card will be left and your parcel will be held at your local APC depot for rescheduling. You can also provide a safe place at checkout for your parcel to be left securely. Please note, if no safe place is provided and two delivery attempts are unsuccessful, a £10 redelivery fee will apply.

Delivery Times

We always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

If your order has not arrived within 5 working days and you have not been contacted about a delay, please reach out to us on 015394 22290 or email shop@beergb.com.

Please allow additional time for deliveries during bank holiday weekends. We are no longer able to offer designated delivery days or Saturday deliveries.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

While we closely monitor shipments, issues such as damage or loss can occasionally occur. In such cases, we will send a replacement as quickly as possible and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

🎄Christmas Delivery Information -To ensure your order arrives in time for Christmas Day, please place your order by 16th December. We’ll continue shipping right up to the 23rd December, but orders placed after the 16th may not arrive before Christmas 🎄

We will not offer any compensation if orders do not arrive in time on orders placed after the 16th December.

Collect during opening hours. Please wait for your ready to collect email before collecting your order.

Mead now available by the glass. Sold in 50ml measures. Occasionally draft beer is available
