Please read these terms and conditions carefully – by using our site, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and agree to abide by them. We reserve the right to make changes to the website or to this disclaimer at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Please read our terms and conditions before ordering products . By placing an order you are deemed to have
accepted them. We amend these Terms from time to time as noted below. Please check these Terms to ensure
you understand the terms which will apply at the time of your purchases. These Terms are only in the English
language and governed by English Law.

We operate the shop Beer Ambleside, Beer Cockermouth and website BeerGB.com. We are Beer GB Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 10570989 and with our registered office at 8 Kelsick Road Ambleside LA22 0BZ .

Age Restriction

You must be aged 18 or older to buy alcohol. By placing an order with us online you are confirming you are aged 18 or older. It is an offence to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 in the UK.
If you are buying alcohol for someone else the recipient must also be aged 18 or older.

Deliveries

Deliveries must be signed for by a person aged 18 or older. If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the
recipient on delivery, they will request some form of ID. We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the age and identity of the recipient is in doubt. Usually orders made before 1pm on Weekdays are dispatched that day, after 1pm orders maybe dispatched the following working day. Our courier APC normally delivers Monday – Friday (excl bank holidays). We may deliver some orders directly ourselves. Orders placed on Fridays & at the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. When the courier operates a tracking service we will email tracking details to you. 

Breakages & Errors

Cases of beer are heavy, please take care lifting your package. In the rare case you receive a box with a breakage, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange replacement. Be careful of any broken glass.

Cancellations Returns and refunds

Contacting us if you are a consumer:
(a) To cancel an order in accordance with your legal right to do so , you just need to let us know that you have
decided to cancel. This should be done by email with subject ‘Cancellation’ to kelly@beergb.com or by
telephone on 01539422290 Please include details of your order to help us to identify it.
(b) If you wish to contact us for any other reason, including because you have any complaints, you can contact us by telephone or email as above.
(c) If we have to contact you or give you notice in writing, we will do so by e-mail or by pre-paid post to the
address you provide to us in your order.

OUR PRODUCT(S)
The images of the Product(s) on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort
to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer display of the colours accurately
reflect the colour of the Product(s). Your Product(s) may vary slightly from those images. The packaging of the
Product(s) may occasionally vary from that shown on images on our site.

PERSONAL INFORMATION
We only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please take the time to read our
Privacy Policy, as it includes important terms which apply to you.By providing your details to us on our site, you consent to us maintaining, recording, holding and using the information you give us at the time of ordering to process your orders, to improve our service to you and inform you of any promotions. All data is collected lawfully and maintained in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We take your privacy very seriously and will not pass your details to any third party, other than where we have to do so to get your Product(s) to you, e.g. our delivery carrier. We may make marketing offers via email, post based on your Product(s) preferences from time to time.

Making Purchases

Our shop pages will guide you through the steps you need to take to place an order with us. Our order process
allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please take the time to read and
check your order at each stage of the order process. After you place an order and make payment in full, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order and payment. However, please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. We will confirm our acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail Dispatch Confirmation. Our agreement to sell you the products will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation. If we are unable to supply you with a Product, for example because that Product(s) is not in stock or no longer available or we will inform you of this by e-mail and we will not process that item of your order. If you have already paid for the Product(s), we will refund you the amount including any relevant delivery costs charged as soon as possible.

Returns and Refunds

If you cancel your order within 14 days of receipt we will:
Refund you the price you paid for the Product(s) and refund any delivery costs you have paid if the goods have
not been dispatched. If the goods are faulty or mis-described after delivery we will also refund delivery charges.

Unless agreed otherwise refunds will be made only if you have cancelled within 14 days from receipt and
returned the goods within a reasonable period thereafter not exceeding 14 days . Refunds will be made as soon
as possible back to the account used for your purchase – credit card , debit card, paypal etc. Or in vouchers if
payment was made in vouchers.
If a Product(s) has been delivered to you before you decide to cancel your Contract:
then you must return it to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after the day on which you let us know that you wish to cancel the Contract. You can either send it back to us at 8 Kelsick Road
Ambleside LA22 0BZ or hand it to our authorised carrier. If we have offered to collect the Product(s) from you as advised to you by us via email or telephone, we will collect the Product(s) from the address to which they were delivered. We will contact you to arrange a suitable time for collection.
As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to Product(s) that are faulty or not as described. These legal
rights are not affected by your right of return and refund in this or anything else in these Terms. Advice about
your legal rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.

Prices and delivery charges
The price of a Product(s) includes VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rate chargeable in the UK for the time being. However, if the rate of VAT changes between the date of your order and the date of delivery, we will adjust the VAT you pay, unless you have already paid for the Product(s) in full before the change in VAT takes effect.

The price of a Product(s) does not include delivery charges. Our delivery charges are as advised to you during
the check-out process.
Our site contains a large number of Products. It is always possible that, despite our reasonable efforts, some of
the Products on our site may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the Product you have
ordered we will contact you by e-mail to inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the Product(s) at the correct price or cancelling your order. We will not process your order until we have your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing. Please note that if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mispricing, we do not have to provide the Product(s) to you at the incorrect price.
We reserve the right to terminate any special offer or promotion at any time, without notice. All give-away, value- added and promotional items are only available whilst stocks last and carry a value of £0.00.

HOW TO PAY
You can pay for Product(s) using the electronic payment methods set out on the check-out page including but
not limited to PayPal, Payments , Debit Cards or Credit Cards.
Payments by an electronic method for the Product(s) are charged when you complete the check-out process .

We do not supply businesses or wholesale products.
We only supply for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the Product for any commercial, business or
resale purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or
losses to a business how so ever caused.

Liability to customers

If the Product(s) we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an
incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing within 3 working days of the
delivery to you of the Product(s) in question. We may ask you for evidence of the damaged or defected Product(s). If you do not receive Product(s) ordered by you within 15 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing within 7 days of the date on which you ordered the product or expected delivery. If you notify a problem to us our liability is limited to
(a) to make good any shortage or non-delivery;
(b) to replace or repair any Product(s) that are damaged or defective; or
(c) to refund to you the amount paid by you for the Product(s) in question .
We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses or expenses and have no obligation to pay any
compensation other than a refund. Please consume alcohol in moderation.
