Cuvee Alluvions Joe Chandellier (2024) 12.6%

Alluvions Joe Chandellier, 50% Syrah, 50% Cinsault.  Young vines, sandy soils, organic and natural farming.  This lovely delicate little red (almost dark Rose) is made from organic fruit and fermented wild using semi-carbonic maceration in concrete tanks.  The result is a Beaujolais style wine from the Languedoc, exceptionally drinkable, with fresh red fruits, notes of garrigue, gentle alcohol and lovely crunchy profile.  This is the type of natural red wine for any occasion and any food, wine as it should be, without the fuss, chemicals or over-extraction.  Best served chilled in large quantities.
