Garston Handshake (Deya Collab) | Pale Ale w/ Motueka, Riwaka & NZ Cascade | 5.2% Head Brewer Matt and our friend Gareth from DEYA visited Garston Hops, the world's southernmost hop farm, in Southland, New Zealand. Owner James McNamee gave them a Garston Handshake, a good faith agreement between hop farmer and brewer. Back at HQ, Matt and Gareth brewed a juicy, sessionable Pale Ale using the Motueka, Riwaka and Cascade hops chosen at the farm, bursting with passionfruit, lemonade, grapefruit and papaya.
