Topo is an IPA that blends the soft, juicy hop character of Lawyers with the dry, pithy, stonefruit finish of Tinderbox. Built on lager malt, golden promise, oat, wheat and Vienna, then hopped with Vic Secret, Strata and Dolcita, it delivers a candied fruit bowl of tangerine, satsuma peel, ripe orange, peach and tinned pineapple, finishing dry with slight tannins and a long, resinous, piney linger.
