Taking inspiration and advice from our friend Laurie at Zingi Bear, this is a fun, bright lemon and ginger shwitchel radler made with finished Helles beer blended with lemon juice, ginger puree, root ginger, lemon peel and a small amount of sea salt – a sharp citrus attack gives way to a refreshing beery quench followed by the lingering, assertive warmth of dry ginger.
