The vineyard is located at the foot of Mont-Ventoux, south slope. It is a fresh terroir, at an altitude of 350m, a freshness that we highlight in each of our cuvées. We cultivate 8 hectares of vines without chemicals, respecting the soil and biodiversity. Polyculture is essential to our philosophy, which is why we also have olive trees, cherry trees, a vegetable patch, and a farmyard! The wine making is done without input and without sulfur, the fermentations are carried out by the indigenous yeasts (light sulphiting during the bottling, if necessary). We raise all of our vintages in large centenary amphorae, to emphasize the minerality, while keeping the fruit. We produce identity wines, representative of their terroir.
