La Cave Se Rebiffe Pet Nat Rosé Frantz Saumon, Gamay blend, vibrant, cherries, delightful Natural pink fizz! This fabulous little Petillant Naturel is made from Gamay, Cot and Grolleau grown near Montlouis. It’s a lovely salmon pink – vibrant cherry and raspberry flavours, with refreshing acidity and lovely light bubbles which make it almost too easy to forget it’s alcoholic. Drink for an aperitif in the sun with little salmon blinis and other vol-au-vents.
