La Fanfarria Blanco Dominio del Urogallo 13% (2019)

100% Albillo grapes. Biodynamic farming & unfiltered. A crisp, light wine with fresh stone fruits, notes of elderflower and a soft finish. Made from Albilo variety is perhaos better known in Ribera del Duero and parts of Castilla Y Leon and often is made into orange wine. A fascinating variety, neutral in aroma. This works well for orange wines and has lovely texture due to the high glycerol content. This wine is superb, has a mineral vein, excellent texture but not too funky.
