Credamora Malibran Prosecco Senza Solfiti. With organic fruit & spontaneous refermentation in bottle.  Zero added sulphites, fresh, citrus, baked apple, yeast and toasted brioche.  They make it from a spontaneous natural second fermentation in the bottle, called Col Fondo Per Tradizione. This is delicious wine, a slight yeastiness underlies dry elegant fruit, citrus notes, pith and a smooth light sparkle. Prosecco is getting better and better and Maurizio Favrel’s are some of the best out there.
