Our Medium honey mead has been fermented with a little less honey. Our honey mead is made from Wildflower Honey, and has a fantastic depth of flavour. Our meads are made using the traditional method of simply fermenting honey with water, they have the true taste of fermented honey wine. Available in sweet or medium.
