Mosser Cider Orchard Magic Dry Cider 5.4% (750ml Bottle)

This cider is made purely from Cumbrian fruit from the 2019, 2020 and 2022 harvests. Tremletts Bitter and Major bittersweet apples (28%) from our own orchard and Blakeney Red pears (18%) from Acorn Bank provide depth and tannin structure, while our Tom Putt and Genet Moyle (54%) add freshness and balance. The juices were fermented and matured in cold conditions and then carefully blended to result in this fine cider. The pears also add fragrance and smoothness—the result is a cider which is great to drink by itself or paired with fish, pork or poultry, or with a variety of vegetarian dishes.

Although ready to drink when bottled, it will develop in the bottle for up to two years.
