Organic Primitivo with spontaneous fermentation in open vats, partial de-stem and whole bunch ferment. Elegant yet full and a juicy. Primitivo with just the right amount of savoury notes. I parieti are making Primitivo wines with an extra degree of finesse which is not often found with this grape variety. Soft supple, but no fruit bomb, a serious and gastronomic wine, velvety texture, very tasty.
