Wilding Cider Commix 2023 5.9% (750ml)

Still Medium Dry Fine Cider

Commix is a classic table cider for drinking with food. Dry, well balanced, and easy drinking with fresh fruit on the nose, palate cleansing acidity and good tannic backbone, complimented by a little residual sugar. As usual this is based on Yarlington Mill, Dove and Browns, with Bisquet for mid palate fullness and Tremlett's Bitter to add a different style of tannin and extra fruit. Fruit from Peppershells, Home Orchard and Ditcheat Hill.

Crunchy, mouthwatering tannins, palate cleansing acidity balanced with just a touch of residual sugar. Aromas of ripe apples, orchard floor, leather, soft spices, stone fruit. Alc. 5.9%.
